Non-Refundable registration of $15.00 (per family) applicable
Payment Methods: Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), post dated cheque, Visa, or Mastercard
A minimum two-lesson notice to withdraw from lessons. No refunds will be provided after May 1, 2025. *No refunds will be given for our 6 week summer sessions once lessons have started
In the event of cancellation, please contact hallidaymusicstudio@gmail.com or call 709-693-2900 for Jennifer, or call your teacher directly.
Up to 2 lessons can be rescheduled for the year provided the teacher has received notice before 12:00pm noon the day of the scheduled lesson (Saturday and Sunday students require 2 hours notice).
Lessons missed without proper notice will be recognized as attended and will not be rescheduled.
Weather Conditions: Students will receive 1 make-up lesson in the event of cancellation due to weather conditions.
Teacher cancellations: Being professional musicians, our teachers are regular performers and adjudicators throughout the year. Any lesson cancelled by a teacher due to a performance, illness, etc. will be rescheduled for a make-up lesson at a time agreed upon by the teacher and student. We aim to provide notice as early as possible.
Students enrolling in 60 minutes lessons will be required to participate in festivals, and RCM or Conservatory Exams.
